Chief Financial Officer
Mr Stephen Yin is our General Manager for CHSZ and is responsible for the business operations.
He joined our company in 2005. Between 1995 and 2001, Mr Yin was the plant director with Jean Technology Co. Ltd, where he was responsible for the operations of a jeans garment factory in Suzhou, and overseeing the quality assurance, purchase, production, logistics and business for the PRC market. Between 2001 and 2005, he was a senior quality assurance director at Philips Consumer Electronics Co. Ltd. and was responsible for the global quality assurance of CRT and LCD displays and TVs in Taiwan and in the PRC.
Mr Yin obtained a Bachelor of Project Management from the National Taiwan University of Technology in 1988 and obtained a Masters in Business and Administration from Fudan University in the PRC in July 2006.
Mr Seo Hyun Seung is the General Manager of CHSY. Since March 2004, he has been assisting Mr C.K. Liang in overseeing the production and engineering functions of our Group. Prior to joining our Group, in 1999, he served as the general manager of Haengsung Electronics (Shenyang) Co., Ltd., a company providing PCBA services for TV boards to LG Group. Mr Seo possesses vast experience in the manufacturing of PCB, having worked together with the LG Group and the Samsung Group. He was previously employed as a manager by both Huarong (Dalian) Electronics Co. Ltd. and Korea Data Systems (Gumi, Korea). His areas of expertise include the setting up and management of PCBA production facilities so as to meet the strict quality standards of leading companies in the electronics industry in Korea.
Mr Seo graduated from YeungJin College in Korea with an Associate Degree of Electronics Engineering.
Mr Benjamin Kuo is our Account Manager and is responsible for the key customer management of CHSZ. Since 2004, Mr Kuo has led our account management works and sales development with regards to Tianjin Samsung Electronics Pte Ltd, Logitech and TPV. Mr Kuo was a sales representative in charge of the development of the sales of Top-World Electronics Co., Ltd from 2002 to 2003.
Mr Kuo graduated from the Far East Industrial College of Technology in Taiwan in 1994 with a Bachelor Degree, and he has also pursued his studies at the International Trade Institute (TAITRA) in Taiwan.
Benjamin was posted to Chung Hong Electronic Poland Sp. z.o.o on February 2008 as Vice General Manager to assist the operations and head the business development
Mr Chen is currently CHSZ's Vice President in charge of administration and human resource and has been with us since 2002. He oversees the management of our AI factory and has more than twenty years of working experience in PCBA related industry. Prior to joining our Group, he was the vice president of Kinghong Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. from 1999 to 2002. From 1990 to 1999, Mr Chen was president of Sinya Electronics Co., Ltd, a company principally engaged in PCBA services in Taiwan, and handled the operations of its factory. Before joining these companies which are in the PCB electronics manufacturing industry, Mr Chen first served as an engineer in a car company in Taiwan, as an equipment maintenance engineer in the automobile industry and as a product manager of a telecommunications company.
Mr Chen holds a Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Technology.
Yap Koon Loong is our Chief Financial Officer who reports to our Executive Director (Group Finance Head and Chief Treasury Officer), Vincent Liu. He oversees the various functions of accounting, financial reporting, cost management accounting, tax and accounting systems of our Group. Mr Yap has approximately six years of financial experience with companies listed on the SGX-ST. Prior to joining our Company in November 2007, Mr Yap was an assistant finance manager with Ezyhealth Asia Pacific Ltd from 2000 to August 2003, an accountant with BreadTalk Pte Ltd from July 2004 to June 2005, a finance manager of Ezyhealth Asia Pacific Ltd from June 2005 to March 2007, and a senior finance manager with Pacific Healthcare Holdings Ltd from June 2007 to November 2007. Between September 2003 and December 2005, Mr Yap assisted in establishing Hongli Holdings Pte. Ltd., a family-run company in the food and beverage and hair salon business. Between 1998 and 2000, he was an information technology executive with Lo Hock Ling Horwath Management Pte Ltd.
Mr Yap graduated from Victoria University of Technology with a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Master of Business in Professional Accounting in 1998.
