Printed Circuit Board Assembly
Presently, most large electronic companies tend to outsource the PCBA aspect to specialist PCBA service providers such as ourselves.
We are able to provide PCBA and OEM services using any of the SMT/AI/MI techniques or a combination thereof depending on various factors, which include the type of end-products to be produced, the quantity and the product mix. Products such as mobile phones and LCD TVs typically and primarily utilise SMT while products such as CRT monitors typically and primarily utilise AI or MI.
We provide PCBA and OEM services mainly for the products listed in the following segments:
1. The products under the Computer Peripherals segment comprise mainly:
- Monitor - cathode ray tube ("CRT") and liquid crystal display ("LCD")
- Mouse
- Keyboard
- Computer power supply
2. The products under the TV and Home Appliances segment comprise mainly:
- CRT TV
- Flat panel display TV (LCD/Plasma)
- DVD player
3. The products under the Mobile Displays, Devices and Others segment comprise mainly:
- Digital camera
- Mobile phone
- Digital photo frame
We undertake our orders on either a turnkey or consignment basis. For turnkey orders, we are responsible for sourcing all the parts and components required for our PCBA processes usually from suppliers approved by our customers whereas for consignment orders, the parts and components are supplied to us by our customers.
At the same time, we also plan to expand into the provision of OEM services to develop completed products. As such, we will provide OEM services based on the designs of our customers. With regards to our PCBA services, we undertake contract manufacturing for other OEMs according to our customers’ specifications. Currently, we also provide services in addition to the assembly and manufacturing of OEM products. An example of a current OEM product produced by our Company is the digital photo frame.
Our PCBA and OEM services extend beyond those of a typical contract manufacturer. We work closely with our customers throughout their product development and assembly processes in order to enhance their product development and assembly processes as well as the reliability of their products. Our aim is to consistently satisfy our customers’ requests and assemble products that meet our customers’ product specifications.
