Our experienced management team
We have an experienced management team, led by our Executive Directors who each has more than 10 to 25 years’ experience in their respective fields of expertise, which include the PCBA industry. Under the leadership of our Executive Chairman and CEO, Brave Yu, our Group has successfully identified and will continue to identify new business opportunities to expand into. In order to secure such business opportunities, we constantly strive to meet the expectations of our customers who are leading players in the electronics industry by passing their in-house audit in order to secure the contract and subsequently provide value-added services. Our Directors’ extensive experience and knowledge in their respective field of work will put us in good stead to grow steadily and develop new business opportunities.
Our Executive Directors are assisted by a team of Executive Officers who each has at least 10 years’ experience in their respective areas of expertise, and are assisted by a team of engineers and technicians. We also have the relevant expertise and know-how in production, technology and resources achieved through the years as a major player in the industry.
Ability to deliver quality services to our customers
We place great emphasis in delivering quality services to our customers, which we believe have
contributed greatly to our success. We strive to achieve this by adopting a total quality management approach to the value chain of our PCBA and OEM services, including vendor management, materials planning and management, production and final delivery. We have instituted stringent quality assurance procedures and controls at various stages of our PCBA and OEM service processes.
In addition, we value our working relationship with major manufacturers of electronic products such as the Samsung Group and the LG Group. To secure PCBA and OEM service contracts for our customers, we have to pass stringent factory audits and testing conducted by our customers. As such, the relevant accreditation awards from international certification bodies help differentiate us from our competitors. This enables us to meet international PCBA and OEM service quality standards set by our major customers.
Strong business relationships with major customers
We have established strong business relationships with our major customers such as the LG Group, which has worked with us for more than three years, and the Samsung Group which has worked with us for more than six years. For FY2004, FY2005 and FY2006, orders from these customers increased annually. Over these years, we have also consistently fulfilled the stringent quality and cost requirements of these customers. Our established track record with our major customers and the numerous certifications awarded by customers provide a testament to potential customers that we have the commitment, expertise and experience to meet their requirements.
We believe that the primary entry barriers for our business is having PCBA process capabilities which complement our customers, thereby allowing us to continue to service their accounts. We have, in the past few years, successfully obtained certification and built excellent business relationships with our customers. Moreover, working closely together over the years with our customers has led to familiarity with regards to each other’s management system, reducing the risk of communication issues. In particular, we are able to maintain long-standing relationships with our customers in respect of the provision of PCBA services as we have been providing them with customised PCBA and OEM services.
Our portfolio of established customers who are leading players in the electronics industry will instill confidence in other potential customers in our technical capabilities and the high quality of our products and services, thereby putting us in good stead in procuring business opportunities with potential customers.
Strong process engineering capability to provide complete and fully customisable PCBA in-house services
We have good know-how with respect to the PCBA process. Hence, to distinguish ourselves from our competitors, we are able to provide complete and fully customisable PCBA services to our customers using SMT/AI/MI in-house. With our strong process engineering capability, we are able to respond within a short time frame to our customers’ needs for the provision of PCBA services.
Established wide network of PCBA and OEM facilities which are in close proximity to our customers
We have numerous facilities providing PCBA and OEM services that are strategically located in regions of the PRC, such as Suzhou, Shenyang, Tianjin, Qingdao and Yantai. Our facilities are in close proximity to our major customers, hence we are able to deliver the assembled products rapidly to the destinations specified by our customers.
